Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and postal partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Within Kerala: 2–3 working days
• Outside Kerala: 5–7 working days
• Remote locations may require additional delivery time

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or Instagram DM.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
